I worked for FMMV as a direct customer service employee (not a self employed driver), since May 2025 we began receiving payments late/in part - this ultimately became the reason I resigned, as they had ZERO decency in letting us know beforehand that this would be the case, we would have to wait until after payday and then somehow pluck up the courage to ask them when we would be paid days later. The stress of this month to month not knowing if we could pay our bills, and if you’ve been in this position before you know how awkward it is having to ask your boss that you see on a daily basis for payment.
I am writing this now because they have completely ignored me for nearly 16 weeks for the simply request of my payslips and P45, which is their legal duty and leaving reviews for the public to see is likely the only way I will get a response.
There is so much more to this that I could say, but for now I will leave it at this. Please provide me with what I have requested.

The service was so bad as they cancelled the booking not even contacting near to the booking time. When asking for deposit refund, it is now >2weeks which should normally 5-10 days to get refund. I have escalated it, the said it has been reported to related team but no response. Called again after 2weeks- the same saying that it will be reported to higher boss, which is ridiculous. Not recommend it. Give my refund back. He said he will send the confirmation update for it which still not happen. So bad service.
I used find my van and man for the first time and never again. The service was disgusting, I had to do the move myself even though I paid for two men. £200 later my move was a disaster - Use my van and man at your own peril
I have worked with FindMyManAndVan for over 2.5 years and always trusted this company. Unfortunately, that trust was broken.I completed jobs in August and early September 2025, but £680 has never been paid, despite their policy stating payment within 14 days. It is now December.They stopped responding to my calls and messages, yet they continue offering new jobs and taking money from customers while not paying drivers.This is unacceptable behaviour.Drivers and subcontractors should be very careful before working with this company.
As someone who has had a challenging life, needed a service to get my family's things to our new home. Because of the man with the van had an issue of our possessions smelling, I feel poverty shamed. I can't help our possessions were in a state, but it's all we had. Citing breaking terms and conditions, left me with my possessions and the company didn't refund deposit. I feel let down, poverty shamed, and even poorer. Will never recommend.
Wouldn’t recommend this company at all doesn’t pay the drivers make what ever excuse they can think off did a job for these nearly 8 weeks ago still not been paid whe you ment to be paid 14 days after stay well away from these don’t understand how they are still trading with how they run things
Booked a long distance move with nearly 2 months notice. On the day, I received a text informing me that my van has been cancelled. No phone call or apologies. Trying to get through to the company was nearly impossible, and there wasn't any help or information available when I finally did. Promises of calls back never happened, and I had to chase them up about it all. Highly unprofessional and I do not recommend using them at all.Edit: it has since been confirmed by the original driver that he cancelled as this company only offered 7 hours pay for a 16 hour job, a fact they only made clear to him the day of the booking.It has now also been confirmed that the driver who actually completed the job hasn't even been paid by these scam artists. Legal action is pending.
