These are a bunch of rip off merchants. The manual I requested was nothing like my request, I complained and was fobbed off. I cancelled my so called subscription but they have taken money twice even though this was cancelled within 24hours of the initial request.Do not touch them with a barge pole.....STAY AWAY...
