Scam Company

Do not deal with this lot,complete scammers they take the £1.49 for a manual that never arrived and then deduct another £29.66 same day. My bank will be looking at this lot after 7 days.

Total scam

Total scam. My wife is elderly and vulnerable and she has lost £200 to these thieves. If I could award a no star I would do so. I will try and expose them in the national Press. They must be stopped.

Looking at my bank statement I realised what should have cost me 95 PENCE has now cost me 2 lots of £99.95 for something I didn't ask for. I've just found this review page and realised their scammers. Off to bank 1st thing Tuesday morning 🤬

Scammers & THIEVES— BEWARE !!!

I ordered a manual which they could not find and was initially charged £0.95 as quoted but I just looked at my bank statement now and was shocked to see on my next month statement Findmymanual then charged £95.50 the next month! Looking at reviews below this has happened to several other people. Not sure if they are just thieves or they got hacked? I will contact my bank and see what can be done. But in any case, STAY WELL AWAY!!

Scam same as everyone else, and it’s impossible to stop them. They need to be stopped. My bank says it can’t stop them until I unsubribe, but you can’t even put your email in.

Don't use this company

Ordered a manual at a cost of £0.95. A week later a charge of £99.95 was charged to my credit card. Bank stopped payment, put it through as fraud and stopped my bank card.

Sadly I’m in the same boat

Sadly I’m in the same boat. Ordered a manual at a cost of £0.95. A week later a charge of £99.95 was charged to my credit card. I am retired and like everyone else can ill afford to pay for something like this. I have tried to email them via their website but although it said it had been sent the email has bounced back to me. It is very upsetting and it makes you feel stupid. The funny thing is the manual was for my washing machine which broke down 2 week later. Hey ho

stay away as far as possible…

I thought I ordered one manual for a very small amount. But then I saw that GBP 49.95 was deducted from my credit card. I thought it must have been my mistake and I accidentally bought all the manuals possible. Only now two months later, when I saw that another GBP 49.95 was deducted, did I start research other comments about the company online, and I realised that this was actually a subscription. There is nothing that makes that clear. I found my original confirmation of ordering the one manual and there is nothing that mentions subscription, actual costs and other terms - how can this be legal ?
