I love using FMP - I have FH coming out of my ears, so I use it mostly for social history articles now which I put on my blog. When I forgot I had changed my credit card, I was surprised subs did not go through. I had to get through to the helpline as I found the procedure to update subs and renew CC no. at same time tricky. Sophie was very helpful and patient with me, and with my son's help we got there. Thanks again Sophie. We all get old one day - if we are lucky. I hope for many more years of blameless fun with FMP.
