Well it looks like I'm not the only one furious at their horrible customer service. I have no idea if this device (the so-called eyeglass tracker) actually works or not because after six or seven emails to Customer Service went unanswered, I gave up. Then I finally got a response in which I was promised a video that would assist me in the answers to my questions -- and of course I never got sent the promised video email. When I asked her why it had taken her so long to answer my emails given that I had been writing for over a week she said she was out of the office. So does that mean they only have one customer service person and there's no coverage when she's not available? Terrible terrible terrible company!!! do not buy!! This crappy Little device may or may not work but you would never know it from the instructions, which are incomprehensible and obviously written by somebody who doesn't speak English. They do not answer their phones; they do not answer emails; and when it failed to work after my first use of it I spent hours searching for a so-called reset button which was nowhere to be found and I finally discovered that was because it's hidden underneath the place where you paste it onto your glasses. Which means that if you have to reset the device, which I immediately had to do after it worked for five minutes, you have to tear it off your glasses and they give you exactly 3 little teeny weenie sticky pieces for the lifetime of the object. If it needs to be reset every couple of weeks it'll be good for about a month and then you'll never be able to use it again. A total waste of $40.
