DO NOT BUY their products. Terrible customer service. I bought a glasses finder. It worked fine for 9 months, then it would not recharge. I exchanged approx 10 emails with the company including about how to reset it. My last email from them they would send a replacement.(Dec 2025) BUT it never arrived and now they do not answer my emails. Dreadful company, atrocious service.

I wish I had come to TrustPilot before I bought the product. I've had the tracker for less than a month and the device that attaches to my eyeglasses is wobbly already. I wrote to customer service and got back a response asking if I had used the adhesive supplied with the product. I wrote back that I had and now--silence.

This is a terrible product, I think it may actually be a scam. The product does not hold charge for more than a couple hours. The customer service is horrible and they refuse to allow return although they do have a return policy. I am giving up after 4 to 5 back-and-forth emails with the customer service team. They take several days to respond and continue to refuse to help. It was a huge mistake to purchase.
It's a company whose product stops working, then promises to send a replacement, then goes mute, intermittently answering just often enough to keep you from doing anything about it, then finally stops answering.I purchased an Orbit Velo and the product itself worked fine (until it no longer did). I have now been using a KNOG Scout Bike Locator and am happy to have made the switch.
Well it looks like I'm not the only one furious at their horrible customer service. I have no idea if this device (the so-called eyeglass tracker) actually works or not because after six or seven emails to Customer Service went unanswered, I gave up. Then I finally got a response in which I was promised a video that would assist me in the answers to my questions -- and of course I never got sent the promised video email. When I asked her why it had taken her so long to answer my emails given that I had been writing for over a week she said she was out of the office. So does that mean they only have one customer service person and there's no coverage when she's not available? Terrible terrible terrible company!!! do not buy!! This crappy Little device may or may not work but you would never know it from the instructions, which are incomprehensible and obviously written by somebody who doesn't speak English. They do not answer their phones; they do not answer emails; and when it failed to work after my first use of it I spent hours searching for a so-called reset button which was nowhere to be found and I finally discovered that was because it's hidden underneath the place where you paste it onto your glasses. Which means that if you have to reset the device, which I immediately had to do after it worked for five minutes, you have to tear it off your glasses and they give you exactly 3 little teeny weenie sticky pieces for the lifetime of the object. If it needs to be reset every couple of weeks it'll be good for about a month and then you'll never be able to use it again. A total waste of $40.
I spent $608,200 at this electronic store, expecting high-quality products and reliable service, but it was a disaster. The items were faulty, and returns were met with hidden fees, endless delays, and fake excuses. Customer service was useless, offering no real solutions. Thankfully, the name in my bio helped me recover a significant amount. Without them, I’d have been left with nothing. Avoid this store—they’re nothing but scammers preying on customers.
