I was repeatedly told I’d get a call “tomorrow,” but days and then weeks passed with no follow-up and no clarity.I’ve had to chase multiple times, only to receive last-minute excuses or silence. For an agency that positions itself as “premium,” the service has been anything but. Being ignored and left waiting is not just unprofessional, it shows a real lack of respect for potential clients.If this is how they treat you before they’ve even won your business, I hate to think what the experience would be like once they have.I would definitely not recommend them based on my experience.
