We ordered wagyu steak for a special occasion, and it was exceptional! The flavor and quality were remarkable, and everyone enjoyed it. We faced a delivery issue that could have disrupted everything (our fault), but the customer service was just as stellar as the steak. They resolved the issue despite it being our mistake.
