I bought 8 portions of fish for just under £100. Everything arrived as expected, but upon opening, I found that 5 of the 8 fillets were from the collar of the fish. This results in triangular pieces instead of the rectangular ones I was expecting. While it may seem trivial, I'm aiming to provide a high-quality dining experience for my clients, and making those 5 portions uniform is nearly impossible without significant waste and a drastic reduction in serving size. It's disappointing to receive less desirable cuts in an online order; it feels quite unfair. One portion like that would have been fine, but receiving 5 out of 8 is simply unacceptable. I will be steering clear of this retailer in the future.
