I am a new artist on this platform and joined at the start of the holiday season to promote my art. Unfortunately, almost all my customers faced significant issues with the site, some so severe they couldn't complete their orders! Additionally, the support for my customers was very inadequate. I’m extremely disappointed and am seriously thinking about removing all my images from the platform. Quality concerns: The 'Tapestry' product is not a real tapestry and should be clarified in the description or removed entirely. My customer was very let down! Puzzle issue: I purchased a puzzle for my daughter, but it had a strong chemical smell when they tried to use it. Shouldn't non-toxic glue be used in puzzle production? Especially given the high price of the puzzles. Technical problems: Several customers struggled to log in from Apple devices. One client faced issues at checkout as the form kept reloading, preventing her from completing her order! This is unacceptable! Customer support issues: When I reported the tapestry quality issue, I received no response. Similarly, my client got no reply regarding her login problems. This is unacceptable!
