The mug I received was of poor quality and very basic, not matching the cost or promotional claims. It simply had 'Made in China' on it. There was also a long wait for delivery, and I was later asked to provide images of it in my home, which raised concerns about potential scams aimed at collecting personal information. I did check reviews beforehand, but I won't be using this service again.
