I have been waiting for more than a year for my windows, skylights, and balustrades, and the experience has been incredibly frustrating. Communication has been nearly nonexistent—the company's director does not respond to calls, emails, or messages. When updates do come, they only offer false reassurances about manufacturing progress and delivery timelines. I will continue to post updates here to document how this situation unfolds. If it were possible, I would give zero stars.
