I have been waiting for my windows, skylights, and balustrades for well over a year now. It has been an extremely disappointing experience. It is impossible to reach the representative as they avoid all calls, emails, and messages. The few messages we receive make false promises about manufacturing progress and delivery dates. I will provide regular updates on how this situation develops. I would seriously give no stars if that were an option.
