Six months in and still waiting, but hope remains

I contacted the company to install a small reinforced glass balcony at my home. After receiving a quote, we were asked to pay 50% as a deposit before they would send a surveyor. After paying on 3 March 2025, communication ceased entirely. We scheduled a surveyor for 19 March, but no one showed up, and there was no follow-up. We managed to reschedule for 13 May; again, no one arrived. Since then, I have reached out multiple times without a response. It is now 16 September 2025, and after posting this review, they have contacted me to arrange a surveyor for this coming Friday. I believe in giving companies a chance to rectify poor service, so I have adjusted my review while they work on this. I will update my review based on the outcome.
