I have been waiting for my windows, skylights, and balustrades from the company for over a year now. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience. It’s nearly impossible to reach the representative as they ignore all calls, emails, and messages. The few updates we receive contain misleading information about manufacturing progress and delivery timelines. I will continue to post updates on this ongoing issue. If it were possible, I would give zero stars.
