**5/10/2025 UPDATEThe mats arrived late, 14 working days after ordering, not 5-8 working days as advertised. My emails requesting a cancellation and refund were completely ignored. Now I have the mats, they STINK of cigarette smoke. Put them in the car last night, fit was OK, but getting in the car this morning almost made me sick. I’ve sprayed some Fabreeze on it but if the smell doesn’t go away it’s going in the bin. What a shame and such a waste of time and money with this company. Chose this one because they were £1 cheaper but I fully regret that now after reading other recent reviews.The website states 3-8 working days after order to delivery. Well guess what, after 8 days nothing at all. After I emailed them, my order changed to processing and I received a Evri tracking code but said I needed to wait another 3-8 working days as they only just started processing. Over 10 working days has passed and nothing is showing on Evri tracking so they have failed to deliver within their own timescales. I expect this will be a long drawn out process as others have said to get a refund. Everything smells wrong after digging deeper, especially the company being dissolved on Companies House. Save the hassle and endless waiting and choose another company for your car mats.
