I contacted the company beforehand to confirm I was ordering the right size mats and received a link to place my order. They arrived today, but unfortunately, they don't fit! The holes meant to secure the mat are misaligned, and they don't resemble the online image at all.
I was pleasantly surprised to speak with a real person when the delivery service fell short. I can't fault the assistance from the company, and the mats we received were exactly as described and of great quality. Thank you!
I regret not reading the reviews before ordering; I’m starting to think they might be scammers, as noted in other reviews. I've reported them to my card provider, who is now investigating. They don't reply to emails, and no mats showed up within the promised timeframe of 3 to 8 days. STAY AWAY!
I received completely incorrect car mats despite entering all the correct vehicle details. I've emailed them three times requesting the correct mats, but I've just been ignored. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering, as it seems I’m not the only one let down by this company.
