Many questions go unanswered Only told me towards the end that a ‘production delay’ but didn’t tell me that at my first chase!Evri not delivered and I’d said to cancel and have them return to sender anyway and refund me. To clarify - Evri only got the parcel 14 DAYS after order date!! - hence request at 2 weeks for my refund!No, had to wait several more days till Evri said ‘maybe lost’!Asked about the fact ‘Finest Car Mats’ is listed on Companies House as dissolved Dec ‘24, based in London but claim they have a factory in Glasgow (both of which are mentioned on their website?!)Requested a Director/ Manager get in touch to apologise, explain and take action - several times - still waiting. Did (eventually) get a refund thankfully but these folk are not to be trusted given all the evidence from my experience. So much for trying to keep things ‘local’ and in Scotland!I’ll now buy from another supplier. Take your chances if you wish…. UPDATEThey had literally 1 review on their own website that happened to be a 5 star so I put my review on at 1 star - suddenly ‘both’ reviews disappear?!Also They claim 4.3 stars on Trustpilot based on 3200 reviews - that’s old news as you can see it’s now dropped to 4.0 with 3900 odd reviews so much worse service recently……
