Unreliable service, ordered on December 15th as a Christmas gift for my sister. I spoke to her on Christmas Day and found out no wine was delivered. There was no communication via email, despite payment being taken on the order date. I attempted to reach out but only got an individual voicemail. As of December 31st, the wine still hasn't arrived, and the latest update is a DHL tracker number indicating it's at a depot. I wouldn't recommend this service as it seems poorly managed. Never again!
