Delivery issues and lack of communication. I ordered Champagne for Christmas but faced difficulties reaching out regarding shipping and delivery dates through phone, live chat, and email. My order wasn't dispatched to the courier service even after 6 full working days. I finally received an email on December 30th stating that (a) the company was closed for Christmas and New Year, (b) my order hadn't reached the courier, and (c) they would address my missing order or issue a refund when they reopened in January. At least I received the refund today. What kind of company operates like this?
I am very frustrated with this experience. I placed an order on December 15th as a Christmas gift for my sister, but when I spoke to her on Christmas Day, I found out that no wine had been delivered. There was no communication via email, even though payment was processed immediately. I attempted to reach out and received a generic voicemail that was quite telling. As of December 31st, the wine still hasn't arrived, and all I have is a DHL tracking number indicating it’s at a depot. I would strongly advise against using this service, as it feels very unprofessional. I won't be returning!

Similar to other reviews - I had used this service before without issues. I ordered and paid for 5 bottles of champagne for Christmas gifts, but DHL delivered only 1. Email, phone, and chat attempts have gone unanswered - I had to purchase 4 new bottles elsewhere.
I share the frustrations expressed by others. I ordered wine as a 60th birthday gift on November 29th and am still waiting for delivery. There has been no communication following my inquiries via email, phone, and chat. No company should operate like this.
Unsatisfactory customer service after purchase. I couldn't reach anyone when DHL reported delays, and two days later the parcel arrived with the wrong wine. After multiple phone calls and unanswered emails, I understand it's a busy time, but there’s no way to resolve the issue.
I’ve updated my previous 1-star review. The wine finally arrived today, 7 working days after the order. They fulfilled their part of the contract. However, their communication is nonexistent. I tried to reach out about shipping and delivery dates, but they were completely uncontactable. I canceled the order but suspect they may try to ship it after I needed it. No reasonable company operates this way.
