I'm rating this 2 stars because I received what I ordered. The unit was lovely and soft, but it was way too small. It wouldn’t fit anyone with a larger head or thick hair. I saw other reviews and thought it would work for me. I keep my hair short, but I know I have a larger head. It's disappointing to feel like I've wasted money on something I can't use and can’t return.
