The wig I received looked nothing like what I ordered. Given the high price for synthetic options, I expected better quality, especially since they appear appealing online, but it’s all misleading. I had a similar issue with them about a decade ago, hoping they had improved since then, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case. The wig I got was still quite bizarre, and they were unhelpful regarding a refund. I had to negotiate multiple times before getting a partial refund. I definitely cannot recommend this brand!
I'm very disappointed. The wig I received seemed either worn out or poorly made. The customer service was unhelpful; they sent me a video on how to wear it despite my complaints about its condition. After sending a picture, they denied my refund request and sent me another wig, which was too small for my head. It's frustrating to want to support a business but feel let down. Save your money.
I ordered from them twice back in 2018, and I'm still waiting for one of the orders. The platform wasn't helpful when I sought information about a local courier. I'm still waiting for a follow-up. I ordered another set of wigs later, which I received and have enjoyed for years, but the initial order remains unresolved. The original product was quite good for styling, but the assistance has been lacking.
If I could, I would give this 0 stars. They charge prices similar to real hair, which I was willing to overlook since I prefer synthetic for easier maintenance. What I received looked nothing like what was advertised. Don't trust influencers or online reviews; they will send you whatever is in stock and won’t offer exchanges. Consider yourself warned.
I'm rating this 2 stars because I received what I ordered. The unit was lovely and soft, but it was way too small. It wouldn’t fit anyone with a larger head or thick hair. I saw other reviews and thought it would work for me. I keep my hair short, but I know I have a larger head. It's disappointing to feel like I've wasted money on something I can't use and can’t return.

They did ship it quickly, but the quality was disappointing, with one gray hair that fell out immediately. The wig was thin and poorly constructed.
I suggest looking up this company in the Better Business Bureau. I want to support minority businesses, but if customer service only sends automated responses and shows no genuine concern, then it’s disheartening. I appreciate the owner's recent media acknowledgment regarding a public incident, but they need to improve customer satisfaction significantly. I've been a long-time customer, but my recent inquiries have gone unanswered for weeks.
If I could give less than one star, I would. I spent over $300 on three units, and two of them were dreadful right out of the box. I reached out for assistance and received no response for a month. After several attempts, they finally replied with unhelpful advice. The hair quality was very poor, and after wearing the third unit twice, it lost its curls and became matted. This is unacceptable.
