So, I have mixed feeling about fingercomber products. When you get a good unit, it is freakin' awesome! Very realistic, natural-looking. I get countless compliments and it's nearly impossible to tell it's not my real hair, even from folks who should know better. :-) The problem, however, is that the quality is so hit or miss. I've purchased LOTs of Fingercomber wigs, and probably 40% of them are a disappointment. They're not as full, the shaping is off, something...it's as if they have no quality assurance to ensure you get a unit that's relatively the same as a previous one you purchased. I've been able to get one refund out of probably 10 units - because that one unit was just a hot mess - and even then, customer service person accused me of doctoring the photo. (It was that bad!).But when they're good, they really are awesome wigs, which is why I keep buying them. But $100 a pop is nothing to sneeze at, and Fingercomber has got to get a handle on consistent quality of construction if they want to stay in business. You'll note that online reviews can be awesome or horrible...and both are true! Some of the wigs are awesome, and some (the same exact unit) will arrive and you're like, "WTH???"This really is a breakthrough product, easy to use, no lace front and all that. I had never used wigs before and now use them every day. But the quality control really sucks, so you kinda have to buy at your own risk. The risk is worth it when they get it right, but only if you won't miss that $100 bucks if they get it wrong. I hate to say it, but that's real.
