This firm is simply incompetent. They started a program and then changed their billing process, eventually canceling it. Their billing system is entirely messed up, and making payments is an exercise in frustration. I made a payment recently, but they just emailed me demanding more money, despite having clarified the payment details with an agent. I’m done dealing with their nonsense and would prefer my balance to go to collections instead.
