Fingerhut has added this screen for Safeline a program they offer right as you login and there is no way to get around it to access my account information or make a payment. It has a drop down menu but it all just pertains to the Safeline program. I can't pay my bill. This should be considered some kind of fraud to collect late payment fees

After speaking with six representatives and getting nowhere, their demeanor was quite unpleasant. One even suggested that I contact my bank directly and claimed she couldn't delete my banking information, which raised concerns. I contacted my bank, and they agreed to initiate a dispute and update my banking details. It seems they are outsourced and only follow scripts. There are more reliable and cost-effective options available elsewhere, so I advise caution with this service.

This firm is simply incompetent. They started a program and then changed their billing process, eventually canceling it. Their billing system is entirely messed up, and making payments is an exercise in frustration. I’m done dealing with their nonsense and would prefer my balance to go to collections instead.
