I placed an order for a pair of shoes on Cyber Monday from a retailer and ended up with mismatched shoes—one brown and one grey. This suggests that someone else might also be facing this issue! When I reached out to customer support, I was told I needed to return the mismatched pair before they could send the correct ones. I had to go through the hassle of printing a return label and visiting the shipping facility. Clearly, there is a lack of quality control. I won’t be returning.
