I can't believe I have to rate this with 1 star when I feel it deserves none! I ordered a sweatsuit online on 11/28. By 11/29, I received a shipping notification, but after a week, only the hoodie and shoes arrived—no pants. I waited and waited for updates. I emailed on 12/10 and got no response. On 12/17, I tried again and was offered an upgrade for shipping for an extra $10, which I accepted. By 12/21, still nothing. I called for assistance, but they were not very helpful. They promised to expedite shipping since it was a Christmas gift, yet by 12/24, the item still hadn't shipped. I will NEVER order from this service again.

Customer support informed me that I must return the mismatched pair before they can send the correct ones. I had to print a return label and make a trip to the shipping facility. It feels like a constant cycle of frustration, and I’ve reached my limit with this company. Time to delete my account.
