I ordered three pairs of kid's sneakers but instead received a pack of socks. The representative seemed more focused on getting the socks back rather than addressing my original order issue. Instead of offering to expedite my sneakers, I now have to wait an additional 4 to 6 business days for my order. This experience has left me quite frustrated!
