I ordered a pair of black and white crocs in a women’s size 8 and when i got my shipment they sent me a women’s 10 and a men’s 8. I called customer service and they read that i ordered a women’s size 8 in both pair. I went to ups to send them back so they could send me my correct size. about a week later THEY SENT BACK THE SAME EXACT ONES and left them in the box exactly how i left them. UNPROFESSIONAL. get it together!
