Driver failed to follow delivery instructions.

The driver was unable to understand the delivery instructions. I ordered an item to be delivered before Christmas and even included a note for the driver indicating it was "urgently needed for Christmas." Instead, I received an attempted delivery notification a week after Christmas. It's ridiculous. The website is ineffective. Tracking information is inaccurate, leaving me waiting for days for a delivery that never arrives. There’s no option to pick up from a locker or post office either. Completely disappointing!
