Driver failed to follow delivery instructions.

The driver was unable to understand the delivery instructions. I ordered an item to be delivered before Christmas and even included a note for the driver indicating it was "urgently needed for Christmas." Instead, I received an attempted delivery notification a week after Christmas. It's ridiculous. The website is ineffective. Tracking information is inaccurate, leaving me waiting for days for a delivery that never arrives. There’s no option to pick up from a locker or post office either. Completely disappointing!

Completely unreliable delivery service

This service is a complete joke. They constantly claim they can't deliver due to access issues, even though I have an open driveway. Yet, they manage to deliver the next day and even sent a package to a completely different address. I reached out to the company via email, but no one responds. They make other companies look good in comparison. I have photos showing where the parcel was left and how different it is from my property. I also have CCTV footage proving that my wife and I were home. I strongly advise against using this service.

Completely unreliable delivery service

This service is completely unreliable, claiming they can't deliver due to property access issues, despite having an open driveway. They managed to deliver the next day and even sent a package to the wrong address. I reached out via email, but received no response. I have photos showing the delivery location and my property, which are completely different. I was home with my spouse at the time. AVOID THIS SERVICE.

Terrible service

Terrible service! They completely ignore my order notes. I specifically asked them to leave my package by the door due to my dog barking, yet they knock on the door every time, disregarding my instructions. Zero stars.

Appalling service

Appalling service. My items are untraceable (tracking shows they’ve been at a central location for the past week), and the contact number is invalid! There’s no way to reach a human. This is the worst courier service I have ever encountered. If you want to lose your belongings, this is the courier for you.

STEER CLEAR

STEER CLEAR. I wish I could give zero stars. The contact number is incorrect, the website is poorly designed with broken links, and the email address is incomplete. I've been trying to retrieve my parcel for two weeks, and it still claims to be out for delivery. Perhaps they are walking it from the warehouse. I did not select this delivery service and have informed the company of these issues.

Dishonest tracking information

Dishonest tracking information. They claimed to attempt delivery, but I was home and checked CCTV, and no one came. The bell log shows nothing either. They have had my parcel at the local office since Monday morning. It was cleared through customs weeks ago, and now it’s still undelivered. This service is appalling, as many have already noted. I had to complain to the sender, who then followed up, and the parcel was finally delivered by another company. They recorded my signature with just a scribble.

The worst courier experience

This courier service is the worst I have ever dealt with. They lied about attempting delivery and claimed they had to take my parcel away, which is completely false as I was home all day with CCTV confirming no one attempted delivery.

Feels like a scam

This feels more like a scam than a legitimate service. My parcel has been stuck at customs for over a week without a designated courier. There’s no contact available, and they don’t respond to inquiries. After several complaints, tracking was updated, but now the delivery date keeps changing. This company is pointless and awful; I'm unsure how they're still operating legally.

Utterly unacceptable service

Utterly unacceptable service; three parcels remain undelivered with tracking showing they are at a central location, and no updates provided. I emailed for assistance, but received no reply. This was not a courier I chose, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. It's been eight days past the promised delivery date with no sign of my parcels.
