Car Unusable for Two Months with No Support Response

My initial contact with the company was positive, but things quickly deteriorated. The car has been unusable for almost two months. I couldn't submit a repair claim online due to the car being assigned incorrectly, so I had to email and wait for a response. After I scheduled a pickup, the workshop didn't show up and went on a break. I contacted support a month ago, but still no reply. Over the past 18 months, I've had over five account managers, and changes often happen without prior notice. Their website frequently has issues, and despite many requests to fix the assignment of the vehicle, it continues to revert back to our HR manager.
