My first interaction was positive, but things went downhill quickly. The vehicle has been unfit for use for almost two months. I struggled to submit a repair claim due to incorrect assignment, and after scheduling a pickup, they failed to show up. I reached out for support a month ago, but have yet to hear back. Over 18 months, I've had multiple account managers, and changes happen without notice. Their website is often down, and despite repeated requests, the vehicle keeps reverting to the wrong assignment.

I couldn't submit a repair claim online due to the car being assigned incorrectly, so I had to email and wait for a response. After I scheduled a pickup, the workshop didn't show up and went on a break. I contacted support a month ago, but still no reply. Over the past 18 months, I've had over five account managers, and changes often happen without prior notice. Their website frequently has issues, and despite many requests to fix the assignment of the vehicle, it continues to revert back to our HR manager.
