Disappointing Service Experience

My first interaction was positive, but things went downhill quickly. The vehicle has been unfit for use for almost two months. I struggled to submit a repair claim due to incorrect assignment, and after scheduling a pickup, they failed to show up. I reached out for support a month ago, but have yet to hear back. Over 18 months, I've had multiple account managers, and changes happen without notice. Their website is often down, and despite repeated requests, the vehicle keeps reverting to the wrong assignment.
