Had booked a flight worth 28.500 sek. Unfortunately, an unexpected issue arose and we asked Finnair only three days later if they could make this one exemption and rebook the flight despite not having opted in for the rebook option. They said there is no option even though the flight would have been mid June, so still plenty of time for them to resell the seats. Absolutely no sign of goodwill. Have been using Finnair for ages, spending beyond 10.000 sek for each flight and that’s what you get in return. Also sad to see that this company doesn’t even react to negative experiences published on trustpilot.
