Poor overall experience. My order took nearly a month to arrive, which is unusually slow for domestic order. When the item finally arrived, I noticed one of the item had since been discounted by 44€, and the new listing showed a much shorter delivery estimate (Following week as opposed to 1 month).I contacted customer service to ask about a possible price adjustment, considering the long wait and the updated pricing. Their only suggestion was to return the item and place a new order?! How is this efficient or logical? I felt very dismissed with this whole experience buying designer products. I’ll just be returning the item. No thank you.I won’t be using this store again. And stop removing bad reviews! It looks like slow delivery and poor CS is a common issue in FinnishDesignShop
