I placed an order weeks ago, and despite an estimated delivery date of December 29th and an email from the courier stating it would arrive today, I have yet to receive it. The courier advised contacting the seller, but reaching a representative seems impossible. The automated system directed me back to the courier, leaving me frustrated and unsure of what to do next.

I have reached out to the company multiple times regarding my order and return request, but I have received no response. I want to return an item, yet despite several follow-ups, I haven’t received any return instructions or label. Meanwhile, I keep getting marketing emails daily. It’s frustrating to be ignored on a legitimate service request while receiving constant promotional communications. I feel compelled to raise this issue publicly to get a response. I hope the company will address this matter soon.
The items are perfect! They’re Lego heads for Christmas, exactly as I hoped. However, the delivery process was complicated and needs improvement. I chose a local parcel locker for delivery, but the couriers didn’t provide the access code needed to retrieve my items. It took nearly a week to resolve this issue, and contacting the courier's customer service was extremely challenging. Ultimately, a long phone call sorted it out. This needs better communication with the couriers. Nonetheless, the product was excellent.
