Regarding internet access, the ship utilizes a satellite-based mobile 5G connection that automatically activates in international waters. If your phone has automatic network selection enabled, it may switch to this network, leading to unexpected charges from your provider. Additionally, charging €7 for an hour and €20 for six hours of subpar Wi-Fi in 2025 is excessive. As for meals, although the buffet has decent offerings, the combined breakfast and lunch period is poorly timed, making it nearly impossible to enjoy both. With breakfast starting too late and lunch closing early, many guests are left with no choice but to opt for the pricey cafeteria. Furthermore, the cabins, while reasonably comfortable, show their age and do not meet modern standards, especially considering the cost. Cleanliness is another concern, as I encountered an unclean toilet during my trip. This experience was disappointing enough that I won’t be returning, even if the alternative is a long drive.
