I rented a car with pickup at a train station. After sending an email for information the day before, I received no response. No one was at the desk when I arrived, and the provided phone number was inactive. After waiting 30 minutes, they finally showed up without an apology. I had booked a manual car but received an automatic instead. It was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this service.
