This was one of the worst rental experiences I've encountered. We were charged €72 for fuel, despite only €17 worth of fuel being missing. There were no gas stations on our way to the airport, and when we tried to reach the company, there was no staff at the airport desk. We received no support or assistance whatsoever. When we finally contacted them via email, their response was simply: 'This is the charge.' There was no understanding or willingness to help. I strongly advise against using this service.
I would rate this service lower if possible. I called well in advance of my arrival, but after 12 minutes the call was dropped. They made me wait an hour to receive the car, which was the worst service I've ever experienced. I do not recommend this company!

I received my final bill without any additional charges. The only reason I didn't give five stars is that the brakes were worn. Overall, a great experience and excellent value. I plan to use this service again next year.
