We booked a vehicle online for Rovaniemi Airport. Upon arrival, no one was at the counter, and after calling the displayed number, it took half an hour for someone to arrive. The process was smooth after the wait, but the car had some pre-existing damages noted in the contract. The manual transmission was rough, requiring multiple attempts to shift gears. After returning the car, I received a charge for damage that I never caused, totaling €1000. Unfortunately, I have no evidence to contest this. I will not use this service again.
