We booked a car to collect at Helsinki airport. The instructions they gave to find a parking lot were INCORRECT, so we wasted a lot of time trying to find it. Finally after finding it - noone was there. All this time we were trying to call the contact number we were given - noone was answering this phone number of course. We had to book another car with another company at that day and due to short notice they haven't got a child seat, so again we wasted time to find child seat elsewhere. All this was a fault of FinnRent. I'm not even sure anymore if this is a real rental company or a scam - but please never use it. They are not returning back a money they took from me. There are lots of other more reputable car rentals at the airport, with dedicated desk and staff always present and helpful.I will be writing to Helsinki airport themselves so they remove this irresponsible 'business' from their premises. We wasted hours at this parking lot waiting for anyone to show up or answer a phone, with bags and tired children. Terrible experience, all thanks to FinnRent
