STAY AWAY!!!! I made a payment but received no confirmation or invoice about my order or the shipment. After 11 days, still nothing. I contacted the support team to explain that it was too late for the items as they were gifts, and I hadn't heard from them. They responded, disregarding my message, and said they would send the items anyway! I tried to return them, but they ignored me again. Now I have £350 worth of items I don't need!!!! They arrived over three weeks late!!!!!! Frustration doesn't even begin to describe it. I'm left with items I can't use.
