AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I made a payment but received no confirmation or invoice regarding my order or shipment. After 11 days, still nothing. I reached out to the support team, explaining that it was too late for the items as they were gifts, and I hadn't heard back. They eventually replied, stating they would send the items anyway, ignoring my concerns. I requested to return them, but my message was overlooked again. Now, I'm stuck with £350 worth of items I no longer need! They arrived over three weeks late! Frustration doesn't even begin to describe it. I'm left with unusable items.

Reliable, but expect delays during peak times

I ordered online. The products were of very high quality, as described, and eventually delivered correctly. The customer service was friendly, despite the delays. Just be aware that delivery took weeks longer than promised due to peak season.

The worst online shopping experience

This has to be the worst online experience I have ever encountered. The website wouldn't accept my postcode, even with a registered account. There is NO customer service; I've been emailing for four days with no response. This online service exhibits all the signs of a company in trouble. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

STAY AWAY!!!

From the moment you place your order until they send it, they take over 10 days. Buy your items from somewhere else!!

Poor response to return requests

I returned an item for a size exchange on January 7. I contacted customer service via email on January 18, following up for a status update on my return, but they haven't responded :-(
