Unfortunately, it breached the stop loss without any news event, and I couldn't even see where it was closed in my trading platform because I was suddenly logged out of my account. I had been a loyal supporter, but customer service was unhelpful and didn’t take any action. I'm truly disheartened, especially since I had invested in many challenges with them.
