I’m honestly perplexed. Despite numerous videos about the service, 24% of the reviews are negative. While many seem flawed and the service's responses are convincing, the numerous negative reviews without replies are concerning. Additionally, with just 850 reviews compared to a vast trader population, I remain uncertain.
I had a very disappointing experience. After 27 challenges with the company, things seemed fine two years ago. Recently, I placed a trade that should have left me with 200-300€ before hitting the daily drawdown limit. Unfortunately, it breached the stop loss without any news event, and I couldn't even see where it was closed in my trading platform because I was suddenly logged out of my account. I had been a loyal supporter, but customer service was unhelpful and didn’t take any action. I'm truly disheartened, especially since I had invested in many challenges with them.

I received my second payout right on time. I appreciate it. Many negative reviews seem to stem from individuals who ignored the rules and faced consequences, but if you adhere strictly to their guidelines, the company pays without issues. It’s been a good experience.
I had a payout reduced because they claimed my trades were similar to another user's. This individual is a colleague I referred to the company, believing it to be trustworthy. Now, they use this connection as an excuse to cut my payout to 10%, without providing any credible evidence. They flagged my account for sharing an IP address with another client, but based on my knowledge, my colleague has been losing money, making their accusations seem unfounded.
I faced a refusal for my KYC, and the support team was unresponsive. I hadn't even traded with the account yet. After purchasing an account, they claimed my KYC was rejected, preventing me from trading and retrieving my funds. It feels like they are just taking people's money without any accountability.
My experience with the company has been very disappointing, despite starting positively. I was part of their affiliate program, investing heavily in advertising. After confirming sales through my referral link, I found my account locked without explanation. Contacting support revealed that my partnership had been terminated, but I received no notification. This abrupt cancellation after my significant investment is both unfair and unprofessional, especially for a company that once held a strong reputation.
I want to apologize to the company and change my previous 1-star review to 5 stars. The reality is that if you adhere to their rules, everything works out. After several unsuccessful challenges, I finally passed both phases and received my first payout. Make sure to utilize the trading dashboard they offer and follow the rules closely to avoid issues!
