Paid for subscription using Cash App. Payment went through but I was not guided to any registration. Now I can’t login to use it because the website says my email is not on file when I try to reset password. Emailed tech support mutiple times and escalated the ticket but still haven’t received a response after a week. I feel like I’ve been robbed. Still can’t login. Checked email every day and spam folder but no reponse. I disputed the charge but they claimed they delivered the service and got my dispute denied.
