I’ve been using Fintel.io for a few months now and it’s become one of my go-to tools for tracking the market. The layout is simple enough that I can quickly find what I’m looking for, but it also has a ton of detailed data when I want to dig deeper. I especially like being able to see institutional holdings and insider trades in one place without having to hunt around different sites.and its the least expensive of all the research platforms you can find for all the information it provides.
Paid for subscription using Cash App. Payment went through but I was not guided to any registration. Now I can’t login to use it because the website says my email is not on file when I try to reset password. Emailed tech support mutiple times and escalated the ticket but still haven’t received a response after a week. I feel like I’ve been robbed. Still can’t login. Checked email every day and spam folder but no reponse. I disputed the charge but they claimed they delivered the service and got my dispute denied.
I tried several times to send messages to customer service, but I got no response. I paid the full annual subscription for access to the Silver account, but the account is not working. They say my email is not active, even though it was the email I used for my registration. This is very disappointing.
