Very Bad experience and so frustrating. I made a directremit transfer on 14-02 ( this type of transfer should be very fast 1 to 3 days max)
My bank already confirmed that transaction was done and money has reached to Fintiba. Now after 3 weeks my money doesn’t appear in my blocked account.After several emails they said may be their partner bank sutor is holding the money. The investigation is ongoing and Now i don’t know what happened to this transfer or if it’s held by sutor or not!!! Totally confused!!!
Never recommend this poor bank. Honestly you are very far from the standard of customer service.
