I would like to share my feedback regarding your service. Overall, I appreciate the clear structure of your platform and the support you provide for international customers. The Baily was great person. The process is generally well organized and helpful, especially for managing financial requirements in Germany.
However, I believe there is still room for improvement in terms of response time and communication clarity. Faster replies and more detailed updates would make the experience even better and more reassuring for customers.

I can't use the ui functionality until i make a transfer to blocked account!!. I need to immeadiately close my blocked account and insurance made by fintiba. but they keep auto registrating the insurance. i have insure by TK . They do not close your account or anything. There is just an automated ai bot replying and that's it. NO REAL CUSTOMER SUPPORT.

Frustrating Payout Setup Issues

I’ve been attempting to configure my payout for several days, but the system continues to fail. Each time I input my bank account IBAN and submit it, I receive the same error message stating, “you’re not allowed to set up your payouts yet.”
This is completely illogical, as all my documents are verified and my account is meant to be in good standing. I’ve reached out to the support team multiple times, yet I seem to be getting nowhere. I’m caught in a frustrating cycle of attempts, failures, and a lack of clear answers or solutions. It’s extremely disappointing for a platform that manages financial data. All I want is to have my payout established, but instead, I’m wasting time dealing with a system error that should have been resolved immediately. Very dissatisfied with this experience.

The initial payout process was problematic. I attempted to update my bank details, but was informed it wasn't feasible due to technical difficulties with the banking partner. It took nearly 15 days to finalize the transfer, leading to various issues, including needing to borrow money. The second payout was due on the 30th of last month, and today is the 2nd of the current month, with no transfer in my account, causing complications with my payments and subscriptions. The automated support indicated I would receive the funds within 2–3 working days, yet here I am at the end of the third working day, feeling as though I'm pleading for my own money. I do not want another generic automated response. What I truly need is timely, reliable action. Please deliver the service you promise and respect your customers’ expectations.

Extremely Unhelpful Customer Service

I am from a country that allows visa-free visits to Germany, but obtaining the documents for a longer visa is taking time, and I urgently need access to my funds. I attempted to upload my documents to the bank to access my money, but a specific stamp/document is required that I cannot physically obtain. I reached out through the document submission process but received the same automated response repeatedly. I also tried messaging the help bot and calling the helpline, only to get the same generic answers. They mentioned they couldn't assist because they are not part of the relevant service. I emailed the helpline, and again received a generic response. They didn't even address my actual issue. Overall, I strongly advise against this company, as they are unable to help with any issues and seem unwilling to listen.
